Pho3Mien is an established family business in Hannover. The art of cooking was taught to us by our grandfather. We have brought his knowledge and experience into our business with great passion. We have been successfully running our first restaurant on Brüderstraße for more than ten years – together. We are pleased that the recipes that have brought joy and enthusiasm to our family for generations also delight our guests.

Gone are the days when you had to decide on a national cuisine before visiting a restaurant. We serve the best dishes of Asia – including classics of Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisine. We are often asked what the name of our restaurant Pho3Mien [fəː ba mien] means. Pho is the national dish of the Vietnamese. This simple yet unique soup is beloved and well-known throughout Vietnam. Originally from the north, this dish has delighted people from all regions since time immemorial. Mien means as much as regions and refers to the three main regions of Vietnam. We chose this name because it reflects very well that our focus is diversity.
No matter how different the various national cuisines of Asia may be in detail, they have one thing in common that cannot be negotiated: Freshness and quality are decisive. We use only the best ingredients for preparing the dishes on our menu. With more than 15 years of experience in gastronomy, you can rely on our team to take the careful preparation of all dishes very seriously.
